Description
The Welding Positioner WP-350B is a heavy-duty 2-axis industrial welding positioner designed for precision rotation and tilting of workpieces weighing up to 350 kg. This welding positioner allows welders to achieve perfect circumferential welds and ergonomic positioning
Unmatched Weld Quality & Consistency. The turntable allows for continuous welding without repositioning pauses, resulting in smoother beads and deeper penetration.
Improved Workshop Ergonomics. The 2-axis operation (tilt and turn) ensures that welders of all heights can work in a comfortable position. By reducing the need for awkward stretching or bending, it minimizes operator fatigue and significantly lowers the risk of workplace injuries.
Stepless Speed Control Welding Positioner. The electronic drive system offers steplessly adjustable rotation speed. The speed digital readout allows the operator to match the rotation perfectly to their wire feed or travel speed.
Optional Chuck WPC-200 or WPC-300 to hold the materials.
