HEAVY-DUTY HYDRAULIC BENDING CAPACITY - Powered by a 3HP (2.2kW) hydraulic motor with ø2" (ø50mm) hardened steel rollers. Bends profiles including 2.4"x0.4" (60x10mm) flat bars, ø1.4" (ø35mm) round bars, and 2"x2"x0.12" (50x50x3mm) square tubes with minimum bending diameters as tight as 500mm.
PRECISION ROLLER SYSTEM & DUAL OPERATION - Features three powered rollers with hydraulic control system. Supports both horizontal and vertical operation for bending long beams, wide plates, pipes, and complex profiles. Standard spindle speed of 9 r/min @50Hz.
EXTENSIVE PROCESSING CAPACITY - Handles diverse profiles per technical specs: Flat bars: 2.4"x0.4" (60x10mm) - Min dia. 500mm Angle steel: 2.4"x0.4" (60x10mm) - Min dia. 1150mm Square tubes: 2"x2"x0.12" (50x50x3mm) - Min dia. 800mm
