KAKA INDUSTRIAL TB-180 is a compact manual tube bender designed for making controlled bends up to 180 degrees in one operation. It is suitable for workshop fabrication, repair work, automotive projects, frames, handrails, and general tubing applications.
The TB-180 handles 3/8-1 in outside diameter tubing with 0.049-0.095 in wall thickness. It includes one standard tooling set for 3/4 in OD tubing with a 2.5 in centerline radius, also referenced as 20 mm OD with 60 mm CLR.
The vise-mount design makes the bender practical for smaller shops, garages, and benches where a compact setup is important. Optional dies are available for additional tube sizes, helping users adapt the tool to different bending needs.
