Another very good product from KAKA. This tool complements my KAKA finger brake. Heavy duty products that perform as expected. Both tools are being used to build aviation parts which tend to be thinner and smaller. End result is we are not exploring the outer edges of this tool’s capabilities. The sheer is probably more than we need but I like good tools and want to but able to occasionally cut a 4x8 sheet of aluminum or smaller piece of 4130. A significant upgrade from tools we used previously.
I’m still waiting to receive the shear!

Received five days after the order was placed. KAKA is great to work with. They shipped it quickly and arranged for it to be delivered to the nearest truck terminal where I picked it up. Easy to assemble. Works great. Very nice machine. Cuts straight and clean.
It states it’s rated for 16 gauge mild steel. It will cut 16 gauge in less that 48” lengths, but you will jump hard. Also no documentation is included for assembly. Looking at a picture of the finished product helps
