The powerful 3 KW motor moves the belt at 112 ft/sec, allowing you to easily remove material from even the most rigid steel. Our belt grinder is suitable for different degrees of hardware product grinding and polishing processing, such as furniture, heating equipment, locking sports equipment, and other industries.

The angle of the belt grinder head can be adjusted up and down. The abrasive band is convenient for replacement and adjustment. The top guard opens up, allowing a large, flat grinding surface perfect for castings.

Our belt grinder has a vibration-proof protective device and an optional vacuum cleaner. It is made from heavy steel folded and electronically welded for further rigidity and less vibration. Besides, it has an emergency stop switch so that any situation can be stopped urgently.

10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
You must obtain a Kaka Industral issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
Returned materials must be received at Kaka Industrial in new condition and in original packaging.
Altered items are not eligible for return.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.

KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.
Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.
The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

The item weights less than 100 lbs will be delivery by FedEx Ground or USPS. You will receive tracking number once the carrier pickup.
The item weight over 100lbs normally will be delivery by LTL Freight. Please note you may need the optional services if you order these items. For exemple, if you don’t have a forklift or similar equipment to offloading the package, you may need to book the lift gate delivery service when checkout.
