Industrial Box and Pan Brake - W-10012A is a 100 in floor model sheet metal brake designed for forming large boxes, pans, brackets, gussets, fixtures, covers, trays, and custom fabricated sheet metal parts.

12 Gauge Mild Steel Capacity - Handles up to 100 in bending width and 12 gauge / 0.1 in mild steel with a 0-135 degree bending angle, making it a heavier-capacity option for large fabrication work.

Segmented Finger Bending System - Segment bending blade and assorted shiftable finger widths support box-section bending, pan forming, straight bends, and different sheet metal layouts.

Balanced Hammer Operation - Balanced hammer and counterweights help reduce bending effort when working with thicker compatible material, while bed and apron bored in line support consistent setup.

The bed & and beam are precision aligned, and two independent cam action levers raise the beam well above the bed.

Adjusting the blade gap allows for thickness adjustment. Finger sizes are 1*63 mm, 1*76 mm, 1*89 mm, 1*102 mm, 3*127 mm, 4*153 mm, and 4*305 mm. With fingers installed, this high-quality brake can be used as a full-length nose bar, turning the machine into a straight-bending brake.

Fingers setback adjustment is needed to increase the bending radius for thicker materials. Adjustable fingers with removable and adjustable fingers, the hand brake can be installed in various positions to accommodate varying widths of metal. Achieve extremely sharp bends and easily adjust the fingers closer or farther from the point of the bend.
