Delivery and Shipping

The item weights less than 100 lbs will be delivery by FedEx Ground or USPS. You will receive tracking number once the carrier pickup.
The item weight over 100lbs normally will be delivery by LTL Freight. Please note you may need the optional services if you order these items. For exemple, if you don’t have a forklift or similar equipment to offloading the package, you may need to book the lift gate delivery service when checkout.

Summary of Return Policy

Please add Lift Gate Service to your cart if your truck freight shipping order is going to a residential address or a rural area so that it may be unloaded.

* If you are able to have your order shipped to a business address with a loading dock or forklift you do not need to select this option.

Please be noted that the lift gate service charges are charged directly by the carriers; you can either ask the carrier to bill you directly or you can pay us and we will add this service for you.

Lift gate service does not obligate Carrier to unload freight. Carrier will transfer freight to the top of the lift gate or off the trailer, at which time delivery is complete. If equipment is used, consignee must unload freight. Carrier will not be liable for damage occurring during unloading after delivery is complete, even if Carrier's driver unloads or assists with unloading.

1.KAKA Industrial provides 12 months warranty for this product from the date of purchase.

2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.

3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

1.10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2.You must obtain a Kaka Industral issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3.Returned materials must be received at Kaka Industrial in new condition and in original packaging.
4.Altered items are not eligible for return.
5.Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6.A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.

Great 40" Guillotine Shear

Arrived in great shape. Nice welds and paint, sharp blade (w/cheap replacements on KAKA's site, big thumbs up there!).
My only complaint is the 'trustmark' crap they probably have to pay for and I accidentally clicked on their stupid coverage, which likely sent my personal info to someone I'm not familiar with. I almost left a bad review b/c of this (but decided not to be petty). TO KAKA INDUSTIAL: NO CONSUMER TRUSTS A WEBSITE BECAUSE OF A TRUST MARK ANYMORE. YOU BUILD A GOOD REPUTATION THROUGH EBAY OR AMAZON GENERALLY

Gate lift service

Driver was friendly and very helpful putting unloading and setting the item where I needed it. Would use them again.

Lift gate service was excellent

There was some shipping damage to the adjustable bolts going to the motor and the motors electrical cover. Still operationable with replacing bolt. The cooling system nozzle is off to the side a bit and needs adjusting. Other than that great saw. Love it.

Pretty quick shipping

I was nervous about not actually getting a truck with a lift gate but I did and the guy took my machine to my garage with a pallet jack. The tracking was odd Because none of it was through kakaind but through the carrier even though it looks like you can track it from the confirmation emails from kakaind. I got an email from the carrier to make an appointment for delivery and the time frame was between 12:00-7:00. Beyond that the carrier had live updates of longitude and latitude of where the delivery truck was at, but you have no idea how many stops it’s going to make so it’s not as useful as it sounds. My machine did have some light scuffs probably from shipping but it’s not worth it to try and put everything back in the crate to return it. It only took about four days from when I ordered it to get to my house.
