The F2.0x630 is a floor-model English wheel (wheeling machine) for shaping compound curves in sheet metal. It is suited to auto body restoration, custom fabrication, and metal shaping shops. The 630 mm (24.8 in) throat gives room for medium to large panels such as car roofs and hoods, and the machine shapes mild steel up to 2.0 mm (14 gauge).
The Ø203.2 x 76.2 mm (8 x 3 in) upper wheel is hardened to 45–50 HRC. It pairs with six hardened lower anvils: flat plus 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 in radius. A quick-release anvil cradle speeds up anvil changes and makes panel removal easier, and the caster and camber of the bottom anvil are adjustable.
